Live Arrival Promise. If a lobster arrives dead, contact us on delivery day with a photo of the lobster and packaging. A refund is our usual resolution; we’ll work with you directly if the situation needs another approach.
When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday arrival. Choose an available delivery date in your cart. We require at least one day of lead time.
Can I mix lobster sizes?
Yes. Add each size to your cart separately. Regular orders need at least two lobsters total, in any combination of sizes.
What do I do when the box arrives?
Bring it inside promptly, keep the lobsters cold and damp in the refrigerator, and cook them the day they arrive. Never put live lobster in fresh water or directly on ice.
