When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday arrival. You choose an available delivery date in your cart before checkout. We require at least one day of lead time.
Why is there a two-lobster minimum?
An overnight live-lobster box is a substantial trip for one lobster. Regular orders begin at two, and you are welcome to mix sizes.
What do I do when the box arrives?
Bring it inside promptly, keep the lobsters cold and damp in the refrigerator, and cook them the day they arrive. Never put live lobster in fresh water or directly on ice.
